Code of Conduct
We strictly adhere to fair and ethical recruitment and placement practices. We follow the WHO Code of Conduct for the recruitment of international healthcare professionals. Therefore, we only recruit from countries that are not listed by the WHO as countries with critical shortages of nurses.
We are committed to the “Employer Pays” principle or “The-Employer-Pays-Principal”. This means that we do not charge nurses a fee for placement.
